Currently, Siddhartha PET is producing 1600 MT of Injection Molded product anually. The company is having the best in class injection molding setup. Adequate power back includes online UPS and DG which ensures the continuty of the process even during power cuts. The complete setup including dehumidifyer,dryers, chillers, injection molding machine, compressors and ofcourse the molds are of best in class.
Preforms
The setup promises to complete with consistency, effeciency and accuracy of HUSKY. Maximum cavity mold the company is having is 32. Variety of preforms are produced mainly for small bottle applications and 1 litre bottle applications
Closures
The injection molded closures are designed like compresson molded closures with simplicity in usage. Mainly closures are produced for mineral water application and nepalese liquor application.
