Siddhartha PET produces variety of products. Preforms and Closures are the main products of Injection molding where in various kinds of bottles are produced from stretch blow molding process and very soon the company would be launching it own packaged mineral water and juices.
PET Preforms
Siddhartha PET Plast focuses on manufacturing high precision preforms with a tolerance level less than 0.02. Producing around 2000 MT of preform every year, Company has exports to country like India. In domestic market the preforms are being sold for premium because of its quality and consisten supply. Around 60 MT of each kind of preform can be supply if required.
Closures for Bottle
The company manufacture closures for its customers who require PET Preforms mainly for mineral water application and Domestic liquor Industry. Around 3.5 lac pieces are made everyday. FDA approved 100% Virgin Raw material mainly HDPE is used fro manufacturing the same. 28 mm TST for mineral water bottles and 25 mm TST for domestic liquor bottles are the main closures currently produced.
Bottles
Siddhartha PET has the capacity to blow around 2 lac pieces of bottles per day. The company produces these bottles mainly for domestic liquor and mineral water. The setup comprises of 8 best in class semi-automatic machines with high end compressor sytems and chiller. Since the prefom are produced in house, stretch blow molding becomes more consitent and easy. Currently, the company is blowing 300 ml bottles in 4 designs and 1 litre bottles and 3 designs.
